We were standing on the entrance pathway of the Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Netherlands with the sun streaming through crimson leaves above us, perfectly framing a huge poster of Vermeer's 'The Milkmaid' diplayed on the side of the building before us. My hope: to preserve and pass on a little bit of that light...
